CC’s Lawn Care & Maintenance — Terms of Service

By scheduling, approving an estimate, signing a quote, or using services provided by CC’s Lawn Care & Maintenance, the client agrees to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

CC’s Lawn Care & Maintenance provides residential and commercial outdoor maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing & trimming

  • Edging

  • Mulch installation

  • Leaf removal

  • Spring & fall cleanups

  • Bush & hedge trimming

  • Tree removal (small trees where applicable)

  • Property cleanups

  • Seeding & topsoil installation

  • Debris hauling

  • Snow removal (if applicable)

  • Other agreed landscape maintenance services

Services are performed according to weather conditions, safety conditions, and property accessibility.

2. Scheduling & Service Visits

  • Service days are route-based, not guaranteed exact times.

  • Weather delays may move service to the next available day.

  • Wet or unsafe conditions may postpone mowing to prevent turf damage.

  • Locked gates, blocked driveways, pet waste, or hazards may result in skipped service and still be billable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless enrolled in a monthly plan.

  • Late payments over 7 days may incur a late fee.

  • Accounts over 14 days overdue may have service suspended.

  • Accounts over 30 days overdue may be sent to collections.

Accepted payment methods:
Cash, Check, Card, ACH, or Jobber online payment portal.

4. Deposits

Deposits are required for large jobs including but not limited to:

  • Mulch installation

  • Cleanups

  • Landscaping projects

  • Tree work

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or scheduling time is reserved.

5. Monthly & Seasonal Contracts

Clients enrolled in recurring services agree to:

  • Automatic scheduling during the season

  • Billing regardless of weekly growth conditions (averaged seasonal pricing)

  • Remaining balance due if service is canceled mid-season

6. Property Conditions & Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Mark all invisible items (sprinklers, wires, septic lids, decorations, etc.)

  • Remove pet waste before service

  • Clear driveway and lawn of toys, hoses, and obstacles

  • Inform us of newly installed utilities or hazards

CC’s Lawn Care & Maintenance is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

7. Damage Policy

While we take extreme care:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by normal operations including thrown debris.

  • Vehicles should not be parked near mowing areas.

  • Pre-existing property damage is not our responsibility.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Cancellations

  • 24 hour notice required for cancellation.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged a service fee.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in removal from schedule.

9. Snow Removal

Snow events are serviced based on accumulation triggers and route priority.
Service timing cannot be guaranteed during major storms.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Nonpayment

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

11. Limitation of Liability

CC’s Lawn Care & Maintenance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

12. Agreement

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
